 4) Bathrooms 1/2” green board adjacent to wet areas.
 5) Garage  Garage fully drywalled.  Three coats of joint compound applied. 
     Garage insulation is available as an option.
 
FINISH WORK:
 1) Doors Six panel Masonite hard board doors with 2 1/2" fingerjointed colonial casing.    
     Plymouth style knobs.

INTERIOR PAINT:
 1) Walls One prime coat and one coat of finish latex paint.  
     Bathroom & kitchen areas receive an eggshell finish while all other living areas have a flat finish.
 2) Trim Trim is pre-primed, and will receive two coats of finish semi-gloss latex paint.
 
EXTERIOR PAINT:
1) Trim Where applicable - one coat of factory latex primer and one coat of white
     finish latex paint.
2) Doors Factory primer with two coats enamel latex paint.
 
 FLOORING:
 1) Vinyl Kitchen, bathrooms, mudroom and laundry areas receive a 1/4” sub-floor.
     (Price is based on same pattern vinyl in these areas with a $100.00 charge for
     each additional pattern.)
 2) Carpet:Carrpet will be a 25 oz. continuous filament, nylon carpet with 1/2” pad.
     (Price is based on carpet being one color throughout with a  $100.00 charge
      for each additional color.)
 3) Hardwood: prefinished hardwood flooring is available as an option.
 
APPLIANCES:
 1) Range General Electric 30” JBP22B electric range.

    plenum of the base cabinet as a means of supply.
